풍중운([[만주어]]:Фан Цһанқ ыонқ ,[[한자]]: 范长龙)은 [[만주 인민 공화국]]의 제 6대 [[만주 인민 공화국의 주석|주석]]이며, 수학자, 문학가, 언론인, 군인, 정치인이다. 동북항일연합군의 대장이기도 했다.
